Thompsons Gold



  • Bruschetta, cut in slices (can be toasted slightly).

  • Plain Cream cheese.

  • ½ cup prepared pesto.

  • Mozzarella.

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Thompsons Gold Chicken Polony, sliced.

Thompsons Gold Polony


  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, pesto, salt and pepper until combined.
  2. Transfer to a greased slow cooker.
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cook, covered, on low until heated though and cheese begins to melt.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture on slightly toasted bruschetta slices.
  6. Add slices of Thompsons Gold Chicken Polony.
  7. Serve at once with the rest of the parmesan.
