CREAMY PAP & BRAAI WORS
INGREDIENTS
250ml Maize Meal.
500ml Boiling water.
½ teaspoon salt.
400g Thompsons Family Value Braai Wors.
400g Spinach.
2 Tomatoes, chopped.
1 onion, chopped.
METHOD PAP
Bring water to a boil, add salt.
Gradually stir in Maize Meal.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
Mix in butter to taste (optional).
Stir well until cooked through.
METHOD FOR SPINACH & WORS
Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion, fry until cooked, add tomatoes, cook for another 2 min and then add the spinach.
Cook till soft.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pan fry the sausage for 5 -10 min.
