Beef Burger Sosaties

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers, quartered & shaped into Meatballs
  • 1 Red Onion, cubed
  • 1 red pepper, cubed
  • 1 Green Pepper, cubed
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, cubed
  • 100 ml Cooking Oil
  • 1 Cup BBQ sauce

METHOD

  1. Lightly grease the veggies with cooking oil & season with Salt & Pepper.
  2. Thread 3 Thompsons Selection Burger Meatballs in to each skewer along with the cubed veggies interchangeably between the Meatballs.
  3. Grill until Meatballs and veggies are cooked with a slight char.
  4. Brush the skewers with BQQ sauce on each side & enjoy.

 

Chef’s Tip: Soak skewers in water before assembling Sosaties to avoid them from burning.
