Breakfast Scone Dagwood

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Scones
  • 4 Thompsons Selection Chicken Vienna’s, Halved
  • 4 Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers, Fried
  • 4 Thickly Sliced Thompsons Family Value French Polony, Fried
  • 4 Cheese Slices
  • 4 Eggs, Fried
  • 1 Cup Chili Mayo

METHOD

Lightly toast the inside of the Scones, spread Chili Mayo at the bottom & top of the Scone, build Dagwood starting with Thompsons selection Beef Burger, Cheese, Thompsons Family Value French Polony, Thompsons Selection Chicken Vienna’s and top with an Egg.

 

Chef’s Tip: Savory Scones or Egg Muffins could be used as an alternative.
