INGREDIENTS
- 250ml Cooking Oil
- 4 Slices Thompsons Selection Chicken Polony, into bite size chunks
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
- 2 Large Eggs, Whisked
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Self raising Flour
- 2 Tbsp Chives, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 Cup, Milk
METHOD
- Sauté Sweetcorn & Chives, set asid.
- Cut Thompsons Selection Polony into bite size chuncks.
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients, excluding the eggs & milk
- Once well combined fold in eggs, and slowly add milk for a batter consistency.
- Heat pan over medium-heat and lightly fry Flap Jacks until golden on each side.
Chef’s Tip: For a Smokey flavour Thompsons Selection Russian can be used.
