Gourmet Hotdogs

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Foot Long Hotdog Rolls
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Cup Mixed Salad Leaves
  • 6 Thompsons Select Cheesy Russians
  • 1/2 Red Onions, Thinly Sliced & Pickled
  • 3 Jalapeños, Thinly Sliced & Pickled

Method

  1. Lightly fry Thompsons Select Russians until
    fully cooked.
  2. Assemble Hotdog by spreading mayonnaise on either sides of the roll, followed by salad
    mixed leaves, Russians, pickled Onions & Jalapeños.
  3. Drizzle with favourite sauces and enjoy

 

Chef’s Tip: Put Onions and Jalapeños in asmall bowl
