Mini Beef Pita’s

INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml Cooking Oil
  • 4 Thompsons Select Beef Burgers , cut into 4 and shape into mini meatballs
  • 2 Cups Double Thick Plain Yoghurt
  • 5ml Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber, Cubed
  • 1 Punnet of Cherry
  • Tomatoes, halved
  • 250g Feta Cheese
  • 250g Lettuce Leaves
  • 12 Mini Pita Pockets

Method

  1. Heat pan and lightly fry the meatballs on
    medium heat until they are evenly cooked,
    set aside.
  2. In a separate dish combine yoghurt,
    cucumbers and black pepper for taste.
  3. Lightly warm the Pita breads and cut in half
    creating a pocket, stuff the pockets with
    Lettuce, Meatballs, top with tomatoes a
    crumble of Feta and drizzle of the yoghurt
    sauce.
