MINI BURGER MEAT LOAF WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 2 Large Onions, Thickly Sliced
  • 12 Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers
  • 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • A Sprig of Thyme

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180, whilst oven is heating grease
    loaf tin and tightly compress Thompsons
    Selection Burgers into tin and bake for 10 – 12
    minutes.
  2. On a medium pan sauté onions until tender and
    caramelized.
  3. Transfer meatloaf on to backing tray and glaze
    with BBQ sauce and further bake of 2 minutes
    allowing for a sticky caramelization.
  4. Cascade onions on top with thyme & enjoy.
