
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 5 Thompsons Selection Smoked Russians, Thickly Sliced
- 1/2 Red & Green Peppers, Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tinned Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Orzo Rice, Cooked
- 2 Cups Baby Spinach
Method
- Sauté onions, garlic & Thompsons Selection
Smoked Russians until onions are translucent. - Add curry powder, paprika and allow to be
fragrant, about a minute or two. Stir in tomatoes
and reduce heat to a slow simmer. - Fold in cooked orzo rice allowing the Russians
tomato sauce to coat evenly as the spinach
soften.
