RUSTIC GNOCCHI RAGU IN A MEATBALL SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green & Red Peppers, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Tomato Paste
  • 4-6 Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers
  • 1 Tinned Tomatoes
  • 1 Packet Gnocchi, Cooked per pack instructions
  • 1 Bunch Coriander, Roughly Chopped

Method

  1. Sauté Onions until they are soft, once soften
    add garlic, curry powder & paprika, stir in
    tomato paste and allow to cook for a few
    minutes.
  2. Add in Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers,
    using a fork to mash patties mimicking minced
    meat. Continue to stir until well combined.
    Stir in chopped tomatoes, reduce heat allowing
    curry sauce to develop and thicken finishing off
    with peppers.
  3. Toss in cooked Gnocchi with curry until it is
    completely coated, garnish with coriander.
