- 1 Tinned Butter Beans, Rinsed & Drained
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber, Roughly Diced
- 5 – 8 Thompsons Selection Smoked Vienna’s, Sliced Diagonally
- 1/2 tap Chili Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Balsamic Salad Dressing
- 1 Bunch Coriander, Roughly Chopped
Method
- Smear Greek yoghurt on a plate, top with
butterbeans, Thompsons Selection Smoked
Vienna’s, red onions & cucumber. - Drizzle salad dressing & sprinkle chili flakes.
- Garnish with coriander
