BACON GRILLER & ROASTED BUTTERNUT RISOTTO

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 5 Thompsons Selection Bacon & Cheese Grillers, Diced Risotto Rice, Cooked
  • 2 Cups Roasted Butternut, Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Cranberries
  • A Sprig of Thyme

Method

  1. Lightly fry Thompsons Selection Bacon &
  2. Cheese Grillers until slightly crisp.
  3. Prepare risotto as per pack instructions, once
  4. cooked fold in roasted butternut puree and
  5. bacon & cheese grillers.
  6. Top with cranberries, feta and thyme.
