BACON GRILLER & ROASTED BUTTERNUT RISOTTO
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 5 Thompsons Selection Bacon & Cheese Grillers, Diced Risotto Rice, Cooked
- 2 Cups Roasted Butternut, Puree
- 2 Tbsp Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Cranberries
- A Sprig of Thyme
Method
- Lightly fry Thompsons Selection Bacon &
- Cheese Grillers until slightly crisp.
- Prepare risotto as per pack instructions, once
- cooked fold in roasted butternut puree and
- bacon & cheese grillers.
- Top with cranberries, feta and thyme.
