Braised Cabbage with Smokey Russians & Corned Phutu
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Cooking Oil
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 2 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 cabbages, shredded
- 1 Cup Frozen Sweetcorn
- 3-4 Thompsons Family Value Smokey Russians, Cubed
METHOD
- In a large pot, sauté Onions until they are soft, once soften add curry powder and stir for a few minutes.
- Add Thompsons Family Value Smokey Russians & Cabbage continue to stir until they are well combined and the Cabbage it tender to the bite.
CORNED PHUTHU
Cook uPhutu as per usual serving 4-6, once cooked and fluffy mix in the Sweetcorn.
