Braised Cabbage with Smokey Russians & Corned Phutu

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Cooking Oil
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/4 cabbages, shredded
  • 1 Cup Frozen Sweetcorn
  • 3-4 Thompsons Family Value Smokey Russians, Cubed


METHOD

  1. In a large pot, sauté Onions until they are soft, once soften add curry powder and stir for a few minutes.
  2. Add Thompsons Family Value Smokey Russians & Cabbage continue to stir until they are well combined and the Cabbage it tender to the bite.

CORNED PHUTHU

Cook uPhutu as per usual serving 4-6, once cooked and fluffy mix in the Sweetcorn.
