RUSTIC GNOCCHI RAGU IN A MEATBALL SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Green & Red Peppers, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tsp Tomato Paste
- 4-6 Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers
- 1 Tinned Tomatoes
- 1 Packet Gnocchi, Cooked per pack instructions
- 1 Bunch Coriander, Roughly Chopped
Method
- Sauté Onions until they are soft, once soften
- add garlic, curry powder & paprika, stir in
- tomato paste and allow to cook for a few
- minutes.
- Add in Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers,
- using a fork to mash patties mimicking minced
- meat. Continue to stir until well combined.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, reduce heat allowing
- curry sauce to develop and thicken finishing off
- with peppers.
- Toss in cooked Gnocchi with curry until it is
- completely coated, garnish with coriander.
