CREAMY CHICKEN MEATBALLS TUSCAN STYLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 6 Thompsons Selection Chicken Burgers
  • 1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped 2 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 Cups Fresh Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan, Grated


Method

  • Section Thompsons Selection Burgers into 4 and
  • shape into meatballs.
  • Lightly fry meatballs in medium heat until golden
  • on each side. Add onions, garlic, sundried
  • tomatoes stirring continuously until fragrant.
  • Add spinach and fresh cream, reducing heat to a
  • low simmer. Once spinach has slightly wilted
  • sprinkle parmesan cheese & enjoy.
