CREAMY CHICKEN MEATBALLS TUSCAN STYLE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 6 Thompsons Selection Chicken Burgers
- 1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped 2 Cups Baby Spinach
- 2 Cups Fresh Cream
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan, Grated
Method
- Section Thompsons Selection Burgers into 4 and
- shape into meatballs.
- Lightly fry meatballs in medium heat until golden
- on each side. Add onions, garlic, sundried
- tomatoes stirring continuously until fragrant.
- Add spinach and fresh cream, reducing heat to a
- low simmer. Once spinach has slightly wilted
- sprinkle parmesan cheese & enjoy.
