MINI BURGER MEAT LOAF WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 Large Onions, Thickly Sliced
- 12 Thompsons Selection Beef Burgers
- 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
- A Sprig of Thyme
Method
- Heat oven to 180, whilst oven is heating grease
- loaf tin and tightly compress Thompsons
- Selection Burgers into tin and bake for 10 – 12
- minutes.
- On a medium pan sauté onions until tender and
- caramelized.
- Transfer meatloaf on to backing tray and glaze
- with BBQ sauce and further bake of 2 minutes
- allowing for a sticky caramelization.
- Cascade onions on top with thyme & enjoy.
